プライバシーポリシー
本ポリシーは、ドライブレコーダーアプリ「ドライブレコーダー」（以下「本アプリ」）における個人情報・データの取り扱いを説明します。
01 取得する情報
- カメラ映像（前面・背面）［必須］：録画のために使用します。
- マイク音声［任意］：許可した場合のみ、音声つきで録画します。許可しなくても映像のみで録画できます。
- 正確な位置情報（GPS）［必須］：速度・距離の表示、設定に応じた映像・地図への記録のために使用します。
- モーション（加速度センサー）：衝突・急ブレーキの検知に使用します。
本アプリはアカウント登録を求めず、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの情報を運営者が収集することはありません。
02 利用目的
取得した映像・音声・位置・モーションは、ドライブレコーダーとしての録画・表示・検知のために、お客様の端末内でのみ処理されます。
03 保存・保持・管理
録画した映像と関連データは、お客様の端末内にのみ保存され、運営者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。保存期間はお客様の操作に委ねられ、アプリ内の「運転履歴」からいつでも個別または一括で削除できます。アプリを削除した場合も消去されます。
録画した映像には、第三者（歩行者等）や他の車両のナンバープレートが写り込む場合があります。映像の利用・共有・公開は、適用される法令に従い、お客様の責任で行ってください。
04 広告・第三者サービス
本アプリは広告（Google AdMob）を表示する場合があります。広告配信のため、Google が広告識別子（IDFA 等）や利用状況を取得・利用することがあります。また、広告配信の過程で、IP アドレス等からおおよその位置情報が推定されること、および広告 SDK がパフォーマンス等の診断情報を自動的に取得することがあります。運営者自身がこれらの情報を収集・保有することはありません。トラッキングは、お客様の端末でのトラッキング許可（App Tracking Transparency, ATT）に従います。許可しない場合でも本アプリはご利用いただけます。

アプリ内課金（広告削除など）は Apple（App Store）が処理します。運営者がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を受け取ることはありません。
05 お子様について
本アプリは子ども向けではなく、子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
06 セキュリティ
データは主にお客様の端末内に保存され、OS の保護機能のもとで管理されます。
07 お客様の権利
録画データはお客様自身が端末内で管理・削除できます。権限（カメラ・マイク・位置情報・トラッキング）は、iOS の「設定」アプリからいつでも変更できます。
08 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、法令やサービス内容の変更に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページで告知します。

Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the DriverRecorder app (“the App”) handles your data.
01 Information We Use
- Camera video (front and rear) [required]: used to record your drives.
- Microphone audio [optional]: only if you grant permission, recordings include audio. Without it, video is recorded without sound.
- Precise location (GPS) [required]: used to show speed and distance, and to record location in videos and on the map when enabled in settings.
- Motion (accelerometer): used to detect collisions and hard braking.
The App does not require an account, and the operator does not collect your name, email, phone number, or similar personal details.
02 How It Is Used
Video, audio, location, and motion are processed only on your device, solely to record, display, and detect events as a dashcam.
03 Storage, Retention & Control
Recorded videos and related data are stored only on your device and are not sent to the operator’s servers. Retention is up to you: you can delete data individually or all at once from “History” in the App, and it is removed when you delete the App.
Recordings may capture third parties (such as pedestrians) and other vehicles’ license plates. Using, sharing, or publishing such footage is your responsibility and must comply with applicable laws.
04 Ads & Third-Party Services
The App may display ads (Google AdMob). For ad delivery, Google may collect and use advertising identifiers (such as the IDFA) and usage data. In the course of serving ads, an approximate location may be inferred from your IP address, and the ads SDK may automatically collect diagnostic information such as performance data. The operator itself does not collect or store any of this information. Tracking is subject to your device’s tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency, ATT). The App works even if you do not allow tracking.

In-app purchases (such as ad removal) are processed by Apple (the App Store). The operator does not receive your payment information.
05 Children
The App is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
06 Security
Data is stored primarily on your device and protected by the operating system’s safeguards.
07 Your Rights
You control and can delete your recordings on your device. You can change permissions (camera, microphone, location, tracking) anytime in the iOS Settings app.
08 Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
